Moody´s assigns Ba2/Aa3.br to Alupar´s Debentures

Approximately BRL 250 million of debt instruments affected

São Paulo, November 19, 2009 — Moody´s America Latina´s assigned a Ba1 global scale corporate family rating and Aa2.br corporate family rating on the Brazilian National Scale to Alupar Investimento S.A. (“Alupar”).
